- Entrance fees to monuments are payable by the customer.
- For two or more languages, the price will increase by €21 per language.
- Should the service be extended, a rate of €24 per extra hour will apply.
- Tours starting or ending after 8.00 pm will be charged at the public holiday rate; if they also take place on a public holiday, this price will be increased by €18.
- Prepayment is required at least one week before the date of the tour to guarantee the booking.
Cancellation policy
If the private guided tour is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued; if the cancellation is made 48 hours in advance, a 50% refund will be issued; and if the tour is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, no refund will be issued for the amount paid to Turismo de Segovia.
If there is any change in the number of participants, no refunds will be given for monument tickets or audio guides. Monument tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
