If we talk about essential monuments for our visit, we cannot miss the Roman Aqueduct, world famous and probably the best preserved in the world. But the walk must go on to the Gothic Cathedral -the so-called Lady of the Cathedrals- which stands beautifully in the Plaza Mayor. Let's continue a little further and reach the Alcázar of Segovia, royal residence for centuries.
All three are essential monuments that give us an idea of what Segovia was and what it is today, but they are not the only monumentos you should visit. To really get to know Segovia, in addition to this World Heritage walk, we must get lost in its streets, its valleys, its Jewish Quarter and its Knights Quarter.
