The House of Councillor López Losa (the first foundation of Saint Teresa of Ávila)

Designated an Asset of Cultural Interest.

In 1574, it was the site of the original foundation of the Discalced Carmelites by Saint Teresa of Ávila, who later moved to their current location on the same street. Subsequently renovated, it features a courtyard with porticoed sides on all four sides and a well. The upper section, constructed of wood, was altered in the 19th century.
