Designated an Asset of Cultural Interest

Dating from the 13th century, it is a single-nave structure with an apse-shaped chancel, featuring one of the few sculpted tympanums in Segovian Romanesque architecture, a slender tower and some valuable Romanesque murals in its apse.

These depict scenes from Genesis, the Passion of Christ and a magnificent Pantocrator. There is a Baroque chapel on the north side, housing the Romanesque carving of the Christ of the Gascons, which is carried in procession during Holy Week.
