Gardens of Carlos Martín Crespo and Luis Martín García Marcos

Located near the former Church of San Agustín, these gardens occupy the site of a former Augustinian convent, on one of the highest terraces within Segovia’s walled city. Their development began in the 19th century with the construction of a viewpoint and continued into the 20th century with various urban improvements.

After the land was used for military purposes and the subsequent construction of the Polyclinic in 1946, the City Council landscaped the square with flower beds, privet hedges, a fountain, and granite benches. The space features 32 carefully distributed trees, including plane trees, horse chestnuts, maples, and acacias, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.

A garden steeped in history, ideal for strolling and enjoying the views of the city.
