
The Puppet Collection of the master Francisco Peralta is located in one of the remaining gates of the wall of Segovia, the Puerta de Santiago.
Here you will find pieces created by Francisco Peralta throughout his career, which the master has donated to the city of Segovia. Peralta is considered one of the best puppeteers in Spain and in 1990 he was awarded the Silver Medal for Merit in Fine Arts.
Of course, it is worth mentioning the great work carried out by Matilde del Amo, who was in charge of creating the spectacular costumes for the puppets.
The 38 characters housed in the museum represent works taken from popular ballads, classical literature, children's stories and musical plots by famous authors.

We invite you to do it through our guided visits for groups!!!
These visits take place from Wednesday to Sunday, at 10:00 a.m., with a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 20.
